Founder and Principal
Arpit Dharia is a senior technology transformation leader with over 15 years of global experience across terminal operating systems, automation programs, and enterprise logistics platforms.
He has led and supported more than 25 terminal technology initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, including greenfield deployments, automation integration programs, and multi-site TOS rollouts.
His background includes senior roles at Navis/Kaleris, delivering complex TOS implementations and automation programs, as well as program leadership experience within Amazon’s global operations environment, where governance discipline and execution rigor are paramount.
Across these engagements, a consistent gap became evident. Terminal technology initiatives were often structured around software capability or equipment procurement, but lacked independent, senior-level program control focused on execution risk, integration discipline, and operational alignment.
Vendor-led programs frequently prioritized product deployment. Large consultancies often provided governance frameworks without deep maritime system experience. As automation complexity increased and integration ecosystems expanded, the need for structured, execution-focused leadership became more pronounced.
